If it’s connected to your computer by USB, try plugging it into a different USB slot.
If you’re using an external instead of a built-in webcam, make sure that it’s plugged in and turned on.
If the camera doesn't appear in the list. If you have more than one webcam, all should appear in the drop-down list.
